I currently help streamline airline operation processes as a UI designer for Delta Air Lines. Previously, I worked as a software engineer for Cisco Systems. I enjoy building cool things! I love painting, traveling, board games, and coffee. ☕

I'm leading the redesign of Delta’s Baggage Reroute Management Application to improve operational efficiency for ground agents. I work closely with business and IT to align design decisions with business goals and technical constraints, while implementing Delta’s latest design system to ensure brand consistency and elevate the overall user experience.

I designed user flows and brand identity for Aonverse, a social platform for gamers and creatives. I led mobile app design, boosting engagement by 40% and drove 100+ new signups.

I designed journey maps for Delta’s omnichannel operations, and drove innovation through design. My work explored AI and mixed reality concepts, a computer vision boarding system, and a group travel feature in the Fly Delta app.

At CEISMC, Georgia Tech, I designed responsive K–12 educational web pages using Figma and AngularJS, translating curriculum needs into intuitive interfaces. I helped enhance digital learning through multimedia.
